Aims of The Program
New Media and Communication
- Instilling theoretical knowledge and terminology in regards to communication sciences.
- To assist in ensuring mastery of different subjects such as corporate communication, public relations, advertising, mass communication, and interpersonal communication.
- To assist in gaining knowledge and competence regarding new media theories and practices.
- To develop the ability to take initiative in creating projects related to the use of communication tools in businesses, non-governmental organizations, public institutions, and everyday life.
- To equip them with the foresight and knowledge to determine communication policies and strategies within the organizations they are part of, as well as the ability to lead communication projects.
- To develop the ability to establish the relationship between communication, media, and other sectors, as well as their societal impact.
- To assist them in participating in global projects and developing solutions from a global perspective.
- To instill behaviors that align with professional ethics.
